Hello I’m Lotus Shadwell and I’m the Lead Teacher in Winnie The Pooh. I have been working in early years education since obtaining my NNEB Certificate in 1989 from London. After working as a Nursery Teacher and as a Private Nanny in the UK (specialising in neonatal care) I moved to Hong Kong. I came to Dubai in 1999, joining Little Land in 2008 and have taught in Winnie The Pooh ever since, with a brief break when my second daughter came along. After all these years, watching young children develop and learn still inspires and amazes me every day.

Hello I’m Rania Salman and I am a Teacher Assistant in Winnie The Pooh, as well as the Arabic Teacher for all classes. I was born and raised in Jerusalem. I hold a computer science degree and educational diploma, and I’m currently working towards my Cache Level 3 diploma. I started teaching in 2005 and I’ve worked with special need children who required extra care and special educational programs. I am married with 2 lovely daughters and have been living in Dubai since 2007. I have a passion for education and I love children.

Hello I’m Wendy Cruickshank and I’m a Teacher Assistant in Winnie The Pooh. I am also a Registered Nurse. I bring with me to Winnie The Pooh the joy of caring for your little ones. I love to play and get messy – nothing gives me more joy than seeing them smile and learn through play.
