Montessori Directress

journey as a Montessorian started in 2007 when I joined Gulf Montessori Training Centre in Dubai and graduated with an International Diploma in Montessori Pedagogy in 2009.  I first joined the Little Land family as a parent of a two-and-a-half-year-old in Daisies. After 11 years, I joined Little Land again but this time as a Lead Teacher and ironically in Daisies. Early childhood years are the most crucial years for children (and at times, challenging for parents), and I try to make this transition for your little ones as comfortable as possible. My aim is to instill a love for learning that will last throughout their schooling years. This is done in a stimulated, prepared environment that fosters independence.

Tracey Dalton-McKeown

Teaching Assistant

I’m Tracey Dalton-McKeown, Teacher Assistant in Daisies. I’ve been in Dubai for 23 years. I have two children who attended Little Land Nursery and now my daughter is a Lead Teacher at Little Land. I’m from the UK. I was a nanny and qualified childminder in the UK. I have also worked in a nursery and play school. I enjoy messy and sensory play. I love working with children and watching how they develop throughout the year. Little Land is special to me as it’s been part of my life for 23 years watching my children attend and myself working at Little Land since 2015. Definitely home away from home

Ellie Gorton

Teaching Assistant

I’m very happy to introduce myself as the new Teacher Assistant in Daisies class.  My name is Ellie Gorton and I’m a mother of two boys, Liam (4) and Elliot (1). Liam previously attended Little Land and Elliot will certainly join as soon as he’s of age. We absolutely love Little Land so I’m over about having joined this amazing team. I have previously worked with children with special needs back home in Sweden and I truly enjoy working with children and to be part of their journey of development.
